Registered Nurse Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Health Services Supervisor (HSS) Develops and oversees health care services which address the medical, behavioral, and environmental needs of our consumers, including but not limited to: maintaining proper health and safety of the consumer; plan, present and attend training related to health care services and consumer issues; promote the positive image of the Company at the local, state and federal level, including legislative involvement. The Health Services Supervisor is responsible for physical and emotional health care needs in order to promote the health, safety and well-being of people served. The HSS will maintain compliance with all health related policies and regulations. Office out of the Willmar Area. Driving to surrounding communities (Canby, Granite Falls, Montevideo, Madison, Marshall, Tyler, Olivia, Redwood Falls, Buffalo Lake, Hector, Hutchinson) to conduct training, in-home visits, and specific medical devices/equipment training.

Rem South Central is seeking a HSS to provide nursing services, training and support to address the medical psychiatric needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues and/or emotional or behavioral challenges.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Three to six years of related nursing experience
• Current RN licensure with the State of Minnesota
• Two years of supervisory experience

Preferred:

• Experience working in residential ICF/DD, Waiver and In Home services for adults with disabilities
• Experience supporting service populations including DD, Mental Health and Brain Injury
