Job Description

  • Location: Louisville, CO
  • $20-30/hr
  • Contract to hire
  • Manage the petty cash of the facility.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable and human resource functions.
  • Electronic Filing - including closing jobs, accounts payable and customer documents. Electronic and physical as required.
  • Keep paper flow moving and assist other managers in the location of needed information.
  • Control the office expenses.
  • Establish internal control for safeguarding records, inventories, documents and equipment.
  • Manage the divisional information system.
  • Determine and enforce human resources and safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the other directors and managers.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Receive visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phones quickly in a friendly and personable manner.
  • Assist the General Manager.
  • Conform to the company quality system procedures as documented.
