Scale Operator
The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service.
As a Scale Operator, you will:
* Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain
* Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.
* Balancing Account payable statements
* Running miscellaneous daily reports
* Be an involved/engaged member of a team and be willing to act and think independently.
Requirements
* HS Diploma or GED
Assets
* Ability to learn and explore depths of career (Passion/Curious)
* Strong Communication, reading, writing & Math Skills
* Grain Grading knowledge
