Electrical Engineer

Aerotek has an opening for an Electrical Engineer in Oak Ridge, TN.

Qualifications:

• Background in power and the physical side of it if possible.
• Experienced with Cable trays, conduit, etc. There will be some controls work.
• BSEE preferable.
• 3-5 yrs. experience.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be working on a new construction project that deals with electrical upgrades to the facility, where they are taking care of the modifications to the electrical system and layouts.
• Perform electrical walk-downs to assess electrical equipment on site.
• Talk with plant personnel on what exactly they have in way of electrical equipment in their part of the plant, and labeling/documenting this.
• Labeling equipment will include: Transformers, MCC's (motor controls systems), Disconnects, Lighting panels, and the switchyard of the plants.

6 Month Contract To Hire

$30-33\hr.
