Currently hiring for Customer Service Agents in Omaha, NE!
Key Responsibilitites Include:
Customer service
Inbound calls
Manual dial
Data entry
You will be the 1st voice when a current customer calls in. Must be customer service orientented and have a positive attitude! Must be comfortable taking inbound calls and answering questions from loan holders and directing to correct departments.
Call Center Experience is not required but is preferred. Good experience with customer service IS a required job duty.
