Through its Maryland offices, Wells Fargo Bank is the Premier provider of Corporate Trust Services to the Mortgage Backed Securities market. We are currently seeking a highly motivated dynamic individual to fill a CTS Account Management Supervisor position in our Residential Mortgage Services Bond Team. This position will serve a key operational and staff development role in our organization and will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Support of a number of clients and product offerings, including Non-Agency and/or Agency transactions, as well as managing the staff that performs the day to day monthly bond production. Manage workflow and processes for assigned portfolios to established process and compliance expectations. Develop and ensure processes are in compliance with standard operating procedures. Escalate issues of non-compliance, excessive risk, or items outside standard operating procedures to Account Mgmt Mgr. for resolution. Partner with Relationship Manager to research and resolve client and/or investor inquiries related to the portfolio. Educate staff on responsibilities, product enhancements and new products/processes. Ensure that service and productivity standards, and goals are met. Work closely with clients to provide exemplary customer service, as well as maintain a customer-centric attitude at all times. Collaborate with Business Development, Relationship Manager, Account Mgmt Manager and Product Development Manager when applicable on assessing new business opportunities and helping to find creative solutions for these new and unique opportunities. Manage special projects related to product development or service improvements, as needed.

4+ years of financial services experience. 1+ years of informal leadership, mentoring, or management or related experience. Corporate Trust, Account Management or related experience. Analytical and organizational skills with proven success in problem analysis and resolution. Ability to develop and execute business strategies tied to a common vision, which maximizes revenue and profitability. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties (both internal and external to Wells Fargo), design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution. Minimum of two years of management experience. Four year degree or equivalent experience: 4+ years client service or related business experience. Minimum of five years of work experience in a finance related field. Exceptional customer orientation and ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders and team members. Strong ability to read and interpret legal documents for varying security structures and roles. Previous Corporate Trust experience. Demonstrated ability to resolve the most complex of service issues involving multiple departments. Demonstrated ability to effectively handle and accomplish multiple tasks of varying degrees of difficulty and time requirements. Strong change management skills with the ability to grow a highly efficient team. Effective oral and written communication skills to satisfy both internal and external customer needs. Highly motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven Team Player and Team Leader skills. Ability to succeed within a team environment.
