Survey CAD Technician

Currently seeking a Survey CAD Technician

Responsibilities:

They are currently seeking a Mid Level Survey CAD Technician. Their primary responsibilities will be to utilize AutoCAD or Carlson and process survey notes. Land Survey Technicians work in conjunction with land surveyors and related professions to help adjust and operate equipment used for creating curveys as well as compiling notes and data and making sketches. They obtain land survey data including angles, elevation and contours using a variety of equipment and techniques. Using the data they will compile notes and records of work that has been performed to help assist the licensed land surveyor. They are required to be able to use CAD systems to create drawings and maps of surveyed areas. This person will be working in an office and helping the survey notes, field to finish topographic surveys and construction comps staking. They will also work with construction cut sheets.

Qualifications:

-Experience with some or all of the following surveys: ALTA, Boundary, Topographic surveys
-Experience and proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Carlson
-Ability to manage and mentor
-Experience with Processing survey notes
-Experience with Field to finish topographic surveys
-Construction Comps and Staking
-Experience with COnstruction Cut Sheets
-5+ years of experience with both field and office experience
-Must have land development experience

Salary: $45,000-$65,000
