Requirements
We are ADDING a Scheduling/Care Coordinator position to help support our growing Caregiving and Care Management business. This position is 40+ hours a week, and requires someone to be available nights and weekends on a rotating basis for on-call duties. Great opportunity for growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support scheduling during office hours and on-call rotations to cover open shifts
* Go to client's homes to cover emergency shifts until care staff arrives
* Support Care Managers by providing paperwork, doing research and completing a variety of case specific projects to meet client care needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):
* 3 years of home care or elder care experience and an understanding of Alzheimer's and dementia
* 3 years of experience in scheduling
* 3 years' experience doing administrative work
* 2 years Supervisory experience
Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, creative problem solving skills, excellent computer and interpersonal skills, professional and polished phone etiquette, compassion, responsiveness, resourcefulness, organized, consistent with follow-through and calm under pressure
