About this job
We are a property preservation company dedicated to providing high quality service for its clients to improve or maintain property values and keep neighborhoods safe and attractive. We perform a wide variety of services on single-family homes under the care of national banks, mortgage companies, and government sponsored entities (GSEs) like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.
We are currently taking on property preservation specialists, contractors, and general handymen to service and manage REO and pre-foreclosed properties throughout the state of Alaska.
Requirements
aEUR¢ Our Clients require a background check on all crews. Please be prepared to disclose any past or current criminal convictions. Minor convictions may be considered.
aEUR¢ Must have a digital camera, computer, and fast internet connection.
aEUR¢ Must able to take clear & wide angled before, during, and after photos of work.
aEUR¢ Must be able to meet deadlines for work orders and work with a high volume of orders.
aEUR¢ Must have and or have the ability to obtain General Liability Insurance
aEUR¢ Must have reliable transportation
aEUR¢ Must have good communication skills
aEUR¢ Property Preservation Experience is a plus
Work will include but is not limited to:
aEUR¢ Grass cuts
aEUR¢ Lock changes
aEUR¢ Lock box installation
aEUR¢ Winterizations
aEUR¢ Dead tree removal
aEUR¢ Shrub trimming
aEUR¢ Board ups
aEUR¢ Debris / trash outs
aEUR¢ Hazard removal
aEUR¢ Mold remediation
aEUR¢ Rehab
aEUR¢ Renovations
aEUR¢ Inspections
We currently have work available in the following counties:
Fairbanks, Anchorage and Juneau
*** We do not have the ability to rent out any tools or equipment. You will need to own and maintain tools to complete the tasks listed above.***
