Job Responsibilities:

• This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for reporting and informing the Executive team on key performance metrics
• Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve our placement objectives
• Establishes and maintains a consistent branding across all locations, promotional materials and events
• Trains and coaches recruiters to develop and hone their recruitment and marketing skills
• Develops and manages the state wide marketing budget
• Monitors competitor performance and marketing activities
• Reviews and analyzes recruiter and program performance/productivity against established goals and budgets and develops corrective actions to course-correct when goals are missed
• Implements and fully leverages recruiting and retention tracking tools and strategies
• Guides the creation and design of new marketing campaigns/activities to keep our recruiting efforts fresh and productive across the state
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
• 5+ years Sales/Recruitment experience
• Proven success in leading sales/marketing Activities
• The proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• A competitive spirit, a goal-oriented and driven towards success
• Familiarity with Customer Relations Marketing (CRM) tools/systems a plus
