Manpower is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator for one of our clients in Milford, MA! Job Responsibilities: *The Human Resources Administrator will be a key member of a small HR team that supports the Milford (MA) bio-manufacturing facility. *With responsibility for a variety of administrative functions, the role is highly visible, involves interaction with site personnel at levels, and requires a strong customer service orientation. *Serve as site expert on Kronos payroll system *Set up new employees and new supervisors properly in the system by Corporate Payroll, employees weekly time records are input correctly and approved on time *Train employees to use the system, o respond to/resolve employee questions or problems related to payroll *Serve as site expert on PeopleSoft HRIS. *Process employee data changes such as pay, supervisor, cost center, job code, etc. *Run PeopleSoft reports as needed *Assist in preparing for and carrying out New Employee Orientations including creating New Employee Orientation schedules and communicating with Hiring Managers to ensure they are prepared for new employees. *Maintain organization charts (Visio) *Assist in set-up and maintenance of HR SharePoint site *Schedule job candidate interviews *Support and assist with local implementation of Baxalta-wide HR programs/policies (e.g., annual compensation review, leadership assessments) *Make arrangements for employee trainings such as room reservations, room set-up, copying/distributing training materials, ordering catered food. *Answer basic employee questions regarding benefits, policies, practices. Escalate these questions as appropriate to Senior HR Representative and/or HR Manager. *Set up and maintain employee files Requirements: *Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required. *1-3 years of experience in HR with specific experience in payroll administration (Kronos preferred) and HRIS (PeopleSoft preferred). *Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. *Visio skills also preferred. *Previous experience working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information is required. *Previous experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry helpful but not required.
