Requirements
Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Call Center Representative for one of our top clients located in Memphis, Tennessee!
Main Responsibilities:
- Answers inbound insurance mitigation service request calls with a warm and courteous greeting
- Handles calls that may require a deviation from routine procedures
- Performs outbound calls to franchise locations, insurance companies and insurance policyholders, national account managers and business development managers
- Resolves customer service concerns through the use of good listening skills, probing questions and paraphrasing to check for understanding
- Identify opportunities and present additional services to customers based on customer needs
- Maintain Cisco scripting pages
- Provides resolution for disputed franchise lead fees through investigative outbound calls
- Achieves and strives to exceed communicated quality standards
- Proactively provides dependable service while being available and open to the customer
- Communicates customer impacting trends and/or ideas for improvement to manager
- May perform a variety of tasks related to specific insurance companies and Amerispec
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Call center experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Location: Memphis, Tennessee 38125
- Length of Contract: One year and six months
- New candidates: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm shift, As time goes on, they move them to earlier shifts. New hires would work Saturday. One Saturday per month. Saturday of their choice
- Pay Rate: $12.87 per hour
