We have a full-time opening for a School Program Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

The combination of strong work ethic, ability to communicate effectively, interest in management and restaurant industry and customer service skills are necessary for all of our managers. Flexible hours with the ability to work at multiple stores at various shifts are preferred.


PROCESS:

  • Responsible for running Wake County Public School high school delivery program and opening shifts during the school year, closing shifts during the summer, and reporting to the Co Manager and/or Store Manager
  • Manage employees schedule during your assigned shift
  • Handle all customer service issues and assist at all stations where needed for store to be Hot-N-Ready during business hours
  • Follow all mandated store opening and closing policies and procedures and communicate any concerns to management
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety before leaving
  • Create a fun and rewarding work environment for our team every shift
  • Maintain a professional image and set a positive example to your team and our customers


ESSENTIAL:

  • A Little Caesars Assistant Manager must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED and possess basic math skills
  • Previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer service experience is preferred.
  • Possess valid drivers’ license and meet all other driving requirements.
  • Able to work a schedule of approximately 20-40 hours weekly
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
