About this job
The CAREGiver Supervisor is expected to perform a variety of duties related to the retention of CAREGivers. In addition to supervising our team of CAREGivers, this professional is expected to provide Human Resources support in order to provide the highest quality service to our clients and employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and evaluate CAREGiver performance
- Conduct new hire orientation and training
- Maintain all employment records
- Attend and participate in weekly HR meeting
- Monitor and reduce CAREGiver turnover
- Assist in quality assurance goals related to CAREGiver retention
- Complete quarterly goals as set by Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in CAREGiving
- College education or similar experience preferred
- Some HR experience preferred, not required
- Valid Driver's license
