Our projects range in size from a few thousand dollars to $10 million in electrical scope.

We are currently seeking highly motivated individual to join our estimating team and managing team.

Senior Estimator
The right candidate thinks strategically and decisively and is comfortable building customer relationships in our marketplace.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Estimate projects using the estimating database.
- Form, develop, and nurture relationships with clients, potential customers and vendors
- Follow up with customers on bids that are pending and future work.
- Upon award of a job develop a material list for ordering.
- Review bid documents, drawings and specifications to obtain and develop scope of work
- Take-off, input and analyze bid data to formulate the best profitability rate and selling price for each job
- Review and/or negotiate selling price of contracts with customers
- Attend scope review meetings
- Responsible for change order pricing as necessary
- Review and update labor and material rates that directly affect the bottom line
- Answer questions and give advice on any questions that may arise on awarded projects.
- Create new ways to help the company become more efficient and profitable.
- Must have electrical experience.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Qualified applicants are required to have at least 10 years project management/estimating experience
- Degree in Construction Estimating, Construction Management or similar preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and other bid documents.
- Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for a variety of complex and large projects.
- Calculate the cost of electrical construction based on reviewing and evaluating available documents.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Qualified applicants are required to have at least 5 years estimating experience
- Degree in Construction Estimating, Construction Management or similar preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and other bid documents.
- Calculate the cost of electrical construction based on reviewing and evaluating available documents.
