About this job

Repair, service, and perform preventative maintenance on all commercial kitchen equipment. Calibrate related equipment, gauges and controls, and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical devices by reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and product specifications. Maintain inventory of necessary repair parts. Participate in establishing and maintaining a documented preventive maintenance program for all kitchen equipment. Participate in the review and evaluation of existing modes of maintenance operations. Make recommendations and implement new methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs as approved.
