Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Culinary Team.

The Employee Dining Supervisor manages the preparation of lunch, and dinner food items for the Employee Dining Room in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Minimum two years culinary or related work experience and advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position. Previous leadership experience is preferred. High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience is required. Candidate must have the ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, flat top grill as well as proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
