Responsible for all activities related to admission of residents to facility.
High school graduate or equivalent Minimum two (2) years experience in healthcare Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance / "Must possess computer skills of the types and at a level necessary to accomplish the job Working knowledge of Federal and state regulations and reimbursement (Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid) Understanding of all payor types (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, HMO etc) Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee and company proprietary information Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels "
