Job Summary:

To represent the Caesars Entertainment by greeting arriving and departing guests enthusiastically. Parks and retrieves customer's passenger vehicles, while providing excellent customer service. Performs all duties in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred. Must possess excellent communications skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion. One year previous customer service experience is required, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service. Must possess and maintain a current Nevada Driver's License. Must be able to legally operate motor vehicles in the State of Nevada. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must be flexible to work varied shifts.

Communication: Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information; talk with customers or clients; listen well.

Respect : Able to adapt behavior to others' styles, interact with people who have different values, culture, or backgrounds, be of service to difficult people, optimize the benefits of having a diverse workforce. Essential Job Functions:

Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who leave their car in Valet for parking. Safely drives and parks cars to designated area of parking lot. Returns cars from the Valet parking area back to customers. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Able to work and quickly maneuver inside and outside, sometimes in heat in excess of 115 degrees or cold in excess of 10 degrees. Able to run on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs. Able to drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions in a safe and timely fashion. Able to respond to visual and aural cues. Able to speak English clearly. Able to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and lift objects that weigh up to 100 pounds. Able to work in fumes and airborne particles %
