Job Description:
This position reports to Patriot's Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan. If you are a motivated professional that thrives in a fast-paced energetic environment, this is the position for you! This position will require daily calls to existing and prospective clients, along with face to face client interactions.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Call on existing and prospective clients to generate more business
* Comfortable with closing/asking for business
* Visit existing customers and make sure they are happy with our services
* Handle customer requests; problems and complaints when doing office visits
* Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
* Update ACT database with all Customer Visits
* Participate in meetings and project team activities
* Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations
* Providing assistance in terms of logistics and attendance to events like luncheons, tradeshows, and golf tournaments
* Providing administrative support to marketing and sales department
* Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of comparable marketing and inside/outside sales experience
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Experience working in sales or marketing team environment
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Demonstrate personal integrity and exhibit high standards of professionalism in serving the client while maintaining flexibility when faced with unexpected issues
* Requires valid driver's license and insurance
* Previous experience in the environmental, insurance, remediation, abatement or construction-related industries is preferred.
* Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Microsoft Suite, ACT/Sales Force, Peachtree and Outlook
