The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Marketing Coordinator for our Marketing Department to support the field based marketing operations for our nationwide retail stores. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist with development/management/execution of core marketing communications materials including marketing tactics, sales collateral, and merchandising

• Work with retail store teams, partnership teams, internal public relations and government relations teams, to develop a strategy and manage all in store retail events including all Grand Opening events, product launch events, and specialized campaigns

• Coordinate creative changes and edits to marketing communications materials with vendors, including copy-writing, copy-proofing, layout and formatting review.

• Coordinate legal, brand and other approvals as needed.

• Manage production/shipment logistics for collateral, merchandising, events, and sales materials

• Manage Grand Opening plan including, events, communications and collateral, includes coordinating integrated team on weekly calls, outside vendors and store personnel.

• Assist with onsite event coordination and execution during the launch phase

• Manage and develop team presentations

• Compile, edit, and maintain team reporting, status reports, and meetings

• Manage intranet for all creative materials

Job Requirements:
This qualified candidate will:

• Have at least 2-3 years of marketing coordinator or specialist experience in a corporate marketing department preferably supporting sales channels

• Have excellent communication skills

• Have excellent project management and organizational skills

• Illustrate excellent presentation and Power Point skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office, outlook, excel, and word

Preferred Qualifications:
This qualified candidate should have experience as a marketing coordinator in a marketing communications department preferably supporting sales channels. Excellent writing and communications skills, both internal and external (consumer-facing) are a must. Excellent project management and organizational skills are required. The ability to work independently, under deadlines, while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision is a must. The ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and work cross functionally as a member of a team is critical. A comfortable knowledge of the MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor ' s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.

Travel Requirements:
Travel 30 %
