As the company continues to develop, offering new products and services to an increasing customer base, it looks to recruit outstanding candidates capable to turning ideas and strategies into world-class results.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following:

• 4-8 years of experience drafting a wide variety of complex commercial agreements and negotiating complex commercial deals; such experience must include experience as a lead transactional attorney.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. A law school class rank in at least the top 25%.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• A passion for both in-house practice and the home entertainment industry.
• Energy and a demonstrated desire to achieve.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial contracts.
• Reviewing and revising business documents.
• Working closely with our business teams to accomplish Company goals.
• Improving legal processes and procedures.
• Assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
