Automation Personnel Services is recruiting for a career driven associate to assist Sale Team
This is an extremely interactive & hands on position. Candidates must be quick on their feet & have the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Heavy email & phone correspondence to customers for order follow ups & expediting.
2. Process all sales orders & pro-forma invoices.
3. Data entry of Bill of Materials into proprietary software.
4. Data entry of customer & vendor record maintenance.
5. Data entry with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet & data formatting.
6. Data entry of sales quotes, purchase orders and requirement to purchase.
7. Maintain tracking on all customer orders.
8. Distribute and update customer surveys.
9. Update daily inventory files for salespeople.
10. Request & maintain transit insurance & tax resale certificates for orders.
11. Maintain & update department procedures.
12. Supply maintenance & ordering.
Job Requirements:
1. At least one year Administrative or Sales Assistant experience.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
4. Superior customer service skills.
5. Career driven with a professional attitude.
6. High energy & self-motivated.
7. Must work well under pressure & have excellent time management skills.
8. Professional appearance.
9. Multi-tasking
10. Work well independently.
