The Forest at Duke, a premier continuing care retirement community, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Housekeeping team members.
HOUSEKEEPER:
Responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping functions and specific tasks as assigned.
HOUSEPERSON:
Removes trash and recyclable materials as assigned.Maintains carpeted areas as well as hard surface flooring throughout the facility as per project schedules.Assists housekeepers in annual "spring cleaning" of residences.Maintains cleanliness of all stairwells.Performs other duties as required.
Note: HOUSPERSON will need to work rotating weekends and holidays. Also, will be on-call on weekends.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass criminal background check and drug screen.
