Quality Manufacturing Auditor - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Quality Manufacturing Auditor.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for a position with a great automotive manufacturing company? If yes, then we have the perfect position for you! Our client has a need for a Quality Manager at their Detroit, MI campus.

This individual will support our client's management systems (Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Service, Purchasing and Engineering) in regards to:

• Internal audits and assessments
• Preparation, conduction and documentation of internal audits and assessments
• Follow up on corrective actions
• Create management presentations regarding status updates
• Process maps
• Creation, maintenance and update of process maps for all organizations across the facility using the BIC+ software
• Organize and facilitate respective trainings
• Documentation & presentation of status updates
• Product Safety
• Product Safety Handbook content implementation and follow up

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience regarding audits (As lead- and co-auditor)
• Successful completion of QMS Auditor Certification and training based on ISO/TS 16949 (also update regarding the changes in fall 2015)
• Proficiency in learning and use of work flow and transactional software applications, e.g. BIC+ (former ARIS) software as well as MS Office applications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Dedicated, highly motivated and reliable work ethic
