Pretzel Expert (Management)

Are you a LEADER?! Auntie Anne’s is a fresh, fast-paced working pretzel bakery.  We are currently seeking to fill leadership roles. Leading our team and serving our GUESTS entail a variety of positions including rolling and baking pretzels, serving our guests, keeping a sparkling clean store.  We offer predictable work schedules, competitive compensation and we have a strong track record of promoting from within.   We are looking for friendly/outgoing people who play nice with others and have leadership experience. 

Pretzel Expert (Management) - Can do ALL of the duties/positions below:

Roller

• Prepare fresh doughs and other products (lemonade, butter, toppings, etc.)
• Roll and twist pretzels and pretzel-dough products

• Dip, shape, and salt pretzel products
• Clean as you work – keep a sparklng clean store

Baker

• Bake golden brown pretzels by monitoring the oven

• Butter and prepare Pretzels for display and for sale
• Assist the Roller and/or Guest Service people too

Guest Service

• At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers and guests. GUESTS; Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflection.

• Accurately operate cash registers

• Prepare drinks and bag orders

Everyone

• Set up and/or break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies on going
• Comply at all times with Auntie Anne's dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines

Management Duties

• Opening and closing the store
• Cash control (Till audits and Banking)
• Assigning duties, rotating positions and assign breaks
• Interviewing potential team members
• Training and giving on-going feedback and encouragement
• HACCP (Food Safety) followed
• Assuring we are upholding our core values

Qualifications

• Must possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, outgoing personality, and consistent schedule availability.
• Must comply and enforce State and Federal age restriction regulations regarding operation of equipment in the store and food safety guidelines

Physical Demands of the Job

Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above.  Must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours (8 hours).
