KC Slim, LLC a franchisee of Slim Chickens is the fastest growing and hottest fast casual restaurant concept in Kansas City. We have opened two locations in Independence and Overland Park in just a short 10 months, our plan is to build many more and we are looking for great leaders from all ranks: General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers and Team Leaders to join us and be a part of this great concept and our explosive growth plan on both Kansas and Missouri.

General Managers & Assistant General Managers- A minimum of two years as GM and AGM experience in a fast pace, high traffic, high sales volume, and highly performance driven concept is required. Ability to lead and influence a diverse work force, proven performance in development/execution of business plans and proven track record in staffing/development, exceeding sales and profit goals, active engagement in community and local store marketing, as well as guest satisfaction are minimum requirements.
