Guest Service Representative

Checking guests in and out of the hotel, standing and maneuvering in confined area; greeting and conversing in English with customers; speaking clearly and communicating with guest in noisy environment; responding to visual and oral signals; using color monitors on computer screens; addressing concerns and questions; working in hot or cold environment (heating or air conditioning); giving friendly, excellent service; tolerating area's containing secondary smoke; processing cash transactions accurately. Previous computer and front desk experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge, good guest communication skills. High school graduate or equivalent.
