Position Purpose: The Production Supervisor, Photography, Night Shift is responsible for efficient product flow within the Locust Grove photography studio, with responsibilities including identification, receipt, and check in of product shipped from vendor or picked from the warehouse; oversight on the assembly/dis-assembly of product; and organization of product for vendor returns or liquidation. This position will work closely with photography studio personnel and the digital asset execution management in ensuring maximum photo studio efficiency due to product availability. Will also work closely with warehouse personnel and management, and vendors in the tracking, follow up, and receipt of product shipments. The Production Supervisor, Photography, Night Shift, will have manager on duty responsibilities as needed and will always ensure that studio throughput and product assembly requirements meets or exceeds set expectations.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 40%-Product Procurement: Determines the best method for product procurement and return/disposal; communication with multiple parties to ensure on time and accurate product receipt and return/disposal; manages to product procurement timeline
- 40%-Oversees photography production and ensures output meets quality standards; actively assists in production
- 20%-Assists with monitoring and reporting of productivity metrics
Nature and Scope:
- Position reports to Manager, Digital Asset Execution
- No direct reports
Environmental Job Requirements:
Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must pass the Drug Test.
- Must pass Background Check.
- Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
Education Required:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Work Experience Required: 2
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home improvement/retail industry

- Knowledgeable about digital photography and post production
