Purchasing Manager

To plan, organize and inventory all general merchandise items to ensure that the highest quality product is purchased at the best possible price and that orders are placed properly and received in a timely manner. Supervises general and food and beverage storerooms and receiving areas. Ensures that all deliveries are to hotel specifications in accordance with receiving sheets, purchase orders, pricing and weights. Supervises the daily operation of the storeroom and shipping & receiving areas.
