Requirements
Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Advanced Scheduling Analyst for one of our top clients located in Winston Salem, North Carolina!
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedules
- Responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
- Review and approve documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications
- Review and approve documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities
- Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes
- Revise production schedule, when required, due to design changes, labor or material shortages or other interruptions
- Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments
- Confer with establishment personnel, vendors and customers to coordinate production and shipping activities and resolve complaints or eliminate delays
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two to four years relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials
- Strong ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- One year experience in using SAP
- Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina 27107
- Length of Contract: Two years
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
