Under general supervision, and in conformance to established standards, procedures and policy, provides full range of professional nursing services in the care and treatment of patients; responsible for assigned nursing care activities in a mental health facility. This position provides direct care to our patients in the Community Psychiatric Services.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires graduating from an approved nursing education program, plus possession of a valid Illinois license as a Registered Nurse.
Work Hours & Location/Agency Contact:
Shift: Eve Shift (4pm - 12am) Location: Elgin Mental Health Center (Community Psychiatric Services ) Contact: Human Resource Office Elgin Mental Health Center 750 S State St., Elgin, IL 60123 Fax: 847-429-4933 Current State employees will need to complete and submit a bid form and a CMS100 Employment Application along with your RN license to the address above. Non State Employees do not have to submit a bid form but must complete and submit a CMS100 Employment Application with your Illinois RN license to the address above.
