About this job
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service/Phone Skills
Input Masterfile changes
Maintain Equipment Tracking log; Handhelds ,printers and phones
Supply purchasing
Type memos, create spreadsheets,
Process new hire, and other personnel-related paperwork and system transactions as needed
Maintain Personnel Files
Coordinate Zone Events/Meetings
Distribution of mail and faxes
Maintain office equipment
Over/short research
Cash inventory reports
Period journal entries
Accounts Payable
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Qualification File Maintenance.
Other administrative responsibilities in support of the Zone Sales Leader and Zone Business Manager and the Administrative Team.
Qualified candidates will need to possess at least a high school diploma (some college experience is preferred), excellent oral and written skills, a self-starter with a customer service orientation and good phone skills. This person must be a reliable team player with a good work ethic. Flexibility and adaptability are important as well as problem solving skills. Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well without supervision. Accuracy is a must. Solid creative computer skills in a Windows environment with emphasis in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook are required. 3 to 5 year's administrative experience preferred.
