Brasher's Salt Lake Auto Auction has an opening for a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of Human Resources Management duties. This is including, but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, formal/informal investigations, regulatory compliance, complaint resolution, training, on boarding, policy interpretation, and discipline.
Essential Job Functions
Lead hiring process by coordinating job postings on websites, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews, partnering with hiring manager during interviews.
Coach and support supervisors & managers through a variety of HR related focus areas: compliance, employee on boarding, performance management, etc.
Assist in annual performance management processes.
Assist in creating and communicating various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
Respond and investigate employee relation issues.
Responsible for the management of leaves of absence, disability, and unemployment claims.
Facilitate and/or provide training (including orientation) to employees.
Maintain all personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
Process all new hires and terminations.
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.

Requirements
5+ years experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of Federal/State employment laws. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Demonstrate management and organizational skills and communication skills.
