About this job
The Home Health Clinician II independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the home health care team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development. REQUIRED LICENSURE: FL RN license and FL drivers license.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: One year nursing.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: One year home health.
REQUIRED EDUCATION : Associate's degree in Nursing; BS preferred.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION : CPR
REQUIRED SPECIFIC SKILLS: Written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to delegate, critical thinking, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, state licensure, JCAHO, and other healthcare standards.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: One year nursing.
