This position will assist with receiving the main McKesson order daily which is approximately 500-700 lines as well as approximately 15-30 lines daily, filing all appropriate paperwork associated with receiving in both the pharmacy and warehouse as well as keeping the warehouse safe and clean. This employee will operate warehouse equipment including a reach truck, counter balance, cherry picker, powered pallet jack, hand jack and hand dolly.

Hours will be from 6a-230p Mon-Fri. Required overtime up to 1-2 hours per day and 1-2 Saturdays per month February-November. December-January, up to all Saturdays each month. Needs attention to detail and ability to travel on cherry pickers up to 30-40 feet.

Positions in this function assist in monitoring drug inventory within pharmacy mail order computer system. Processes drug purchases, verifies shipments against invoices, follows up on discrepancies. Maintains proper storage of drug inventory. Monitors and adjusts/calibrates pharmacy equipment, fills dispensing units. Processes, packs and ships outgoing pharmacy orders. Pharmacy Technician positions will require state registration/licensure as applicable.

Requirements

  • Kansas Pharmacy Technician License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse and electric equipment experience
  • Ability to lift 50 punds or more
  • Ability to stand most or all of shift
