About this job
This position is for a Property Management group who are responsible for the maintenance of commercial buildings.
The Technician will be expected to take care of the maintenance and operation of equipment within the buildings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing preventative maintenance (PM) on all HVAC units, boilers, and ventilation system per established schedule
- Respond to HVAC related service orders in timely manner
- Diagnose malfunctions and make repairs as necessary to maintain optimal operation
- Coordinate with outside contractors as required
- Respond to emergency building maintenance
- Assist other building managers in maintenance tasks as requested
1st shift - 7am-4pm
