Our client runs all of the business and revenue cycle for CHI hospitals and physician clinics, this is a great opportunity with a growing compnay. Here are some of the job duties:
-Looking for a candidate that has atleast 2 years of customer service call center experience along with Microsoft Office skills.
- Customer service/call center
- Incoming and outgoing calls for billing inquires and complaints
- Walk patients through insurance benefits and what is and is not covered
- Understand the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and be able to explain them to patients
- Set-up payment plans or offer financial assistance
- Documentation of patient accounts
- Use hosiptal EPIC system to look up patient information
