General Manager 4 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services General Manager 4 / Housekeeping Manager for Virtua Health System, Memorial Hospital, located in Mount Holly, New Jersey. MemorialHospital is a 383 bed, full - service regional medical center. Virtua Memorial is the only hospital with a maternity care ---- in Burlington County that offers a full spectrum of medical options. In this role, you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) Operational Budgets (Sodexo & Client), quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and maintaining Linen Services. This is a 1st. shift position, with some required rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports to an Senior Area General Manager . Position Summary

Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 4 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
