Identifies and greets patients, escorts patients to exam rooms, identifies purpose of visit, prepares patient for exam by weighing patient, taking vital signs, and obtaining other appropriate data.
Assists providers and nurses with minor medical procedures.
Certification of completion of medical assistant program
2 years of experience, preferably in Urgent Care or Emergency Department
Knowledge of EMR DocuTAp, MS Excel and MS Word
BLS
