About this job
Under general direction, performs routine maintenance and repairs to the medical center grounds, buildings, and mechanical/electrical equipment, including the heating and cooling units and systems in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Performs a variety of general mechanical and preventative maintenance tasks as well as inspections, servicing, and repairs as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent; a bility to follow written or oral instructions; and, a bility to speak and write English to the extent necessary for safe and efficient performance of the job.
