This position supports the Talent Acquisition Team across all areas of recruiting. He or she will report into the Manager of Talent Acquisition and will be a member of the HR team. The Recruiting Specialist will work closely with a team of recruiters and will provide high-level support for the recruitment process, assisting in meeting hiring goals.



Primary (Essential) Functions:

· Disposition and manage candidates in the ATS

· Set appointments for Recruiter Interview coordination: calling candidates for availability, scheduling phone interviews and onsite interviews

· Send new hire onboarding documents to applicants via the ATS

· Submit and review background checks online

· Submit and review drug screenings online

· Update data on the applicant tracker (background completion, drug screening results, etc.)

· Coordinate candidate travel, verify and process invoices and candidate expenses, where applicable

· Serve as a dependable point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents

· Maintain multiple spreadsheets and databases for recruiting reports as needed

· Answer and manage incoming/outgoing calls

Secondary (Non-Essential) Functions:

· Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

· 6 months-2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, administrative assistant and/or internships preferred

· High School diploma required; Some college preferred

Supervision and Decision Making:

· This position has no supervisory responsibilities



Working Conditions:

· This position works in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels; also works in warehouse/production environment with moderate noise levels

Physical Conditions:
