NOW HIRING 3RD SHIFT OVERNIGHT BAKERS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake by reviewing and following production schedule.
* Prepares dough for baking by placing/shaping dough in pans; spreading or sprinkling toppings; allowing dough to raise; monitoring product while baking.
* Maintain a proper bake by adjusting thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature.
* Keeps mixing and baking equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns and calling for repairs.
* Update job knowledge by participating in scheduled trainings.
* Enhancing the bake department by accepting ownership for quality of bake product, maintaining a positive relationship with all bake and cafe team members as well as accomplishing new and different request.
* Maintain a clean , healthy and safe work environment.
* Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
