We just had a preemie baby, she was born 11 weeks early & is still in the NICU. I will be going back to work in the middle of September. My boyfriend works Mon-Fri mornings. I work as a retail manager so my hours vary everyday. I usually have 2 weekdays off & I work at night 2 days a week. We would need someone for 3-4 days a week (just weekdays) to watch her in the morning on the days I work in the morning (from about 7:30am-5pm) and a few hours in the afternoon until my boyfriend gets home on the days I work at night (12:30pm~5pm).
