Must have the ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people. Will have the ability to target and develop clients through existing database and new lead
contacts. Will provide a consultative approach to meet with clients to evaluate their needs and recommend solutions to ensure expectations are being met. Must be able to work well in an independent environment and held accountable for personal performance. Must be a strong closer.
Work Environment: �� Independent work from home environment. Must have access to high speed internet. The client will provide company headset, phone, laptop and camera. Qualifications: �� The client has expanded the required backgrounds for ideal candidates to include any sales experience. Yes, this means ANY. We still need them to have 2 years of sales experience and need 1 of those years to be at the same company. We are now accepting candidates with outside sales, retail sales, etc.

Must include a proven track record of consultative selling, setting appointments, giving presentations and phone closing.

Results-oriented professional with self confidence, perseverance, a sense of urgency and a dynamic personality.
Performance Expectations: �� Working warm leads until 1 membership is solid then a $500 bonus and graduated to warm leads. Still earning base + commission which is a percentage of weekly sales. Bi-weekly pay.

100 calls per day. Should average 2 sales/day once they are up and fully running.
Interview Information: �� 1) Aerotek screen.
2) Combo Phone Screen and the Phone Interview.
3) The second will be the Final Interview (Scripted Presentation).

First year reps make around $60k

$10.00 per hour during training (1 week)
After training, base pay of $340 per week or $8.50/hr��
Following completion of training, new Dating Specialists (DS) will immediately receive past leads and in their second week will receive new leads as well until one (1) twelve (12) month membership or one (1) New York membership is sold*. Once the sale is achieved**, the DS will be added to the lead distribution, start receiving new leads and the DS will receive a $500 bonus. The new DS will then graduate to the standard Inside Sales Compensation Chart as listed below.
Advance Against Commission doesnt come in to play until they make their first sale or what calls a join
It takes some 1 month to get a join; some people 2 months, etc.

Dating Specialists will be able to receive advances against commission for the first six (6) pay periods after the first sale is achieved**(Advance Commission Period).

You will receive an hourly wage plus commission ranging from 2%-20% based on your weekly revenue. You must sell a minimum of $2,200 each week to earn commission. According to our commission schedule, $2,200 equates to 2%. The more revenue you sell, the higher your commission percentage will be. Your revenue resets to zero every Monday. Commission week is Monday-Sunday and paychecks are processed biweekly on Fridays. Thus, if you are eligible for commission, you will receive it biweekly along with your hourly wage.
