Qualifications:

* College degree preferred. (BS or BA) in Finance, Business Management, or related field preferred.

* Five years experience in Operations, Marketing and/or sales experience or equivalent field of which two years are in a supervisory capacity.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word, excel and outlook) required. Experience and proficiency with the use of bus tracking systems is preferred. Must possess problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Must have knowledge of the system programs/technology related to Total Rewards, player tracking, LMS, etc.

* Must have a financial background with the ability to understand and interpret a profit and loss statement.

* Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Must be able to remain calm and speak professionally when resolving customer complaints.

* Excellent administrative, interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem solving skills are required.

* Must be able to work any and all shifts, weekends and holidays.

* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

* Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications:

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for the execution of all aspects of the Total Rewards program, coupon and property promotional redemptions. Responsible for Total Rewards TPSS scores, constantly raising the bar of service delivery. Ensures that staff produces outstanding results against goals and measurements with program initiatives including, events, new enrollments, Total Rewards program enhancements and promotions. Actively contacts and follows up on leads for new business and creates proposals through both phone contact and personal contact. Prepares and assists in the preparation of annual budget and operation forecast. Prepares regular and special reports. Responsible for ongoing revenue management from the sales standpoint. Creates and continually updates the Business Plan in order to meet and exceed budgeted goals. Responsible for all group tracking and software implementation within the bus/tour operations department. Responsible for hiring, promoting and termination of employees. Responsible for payroll functions within the department. Ensures all gaming regulations and internal controls are followed and adhered to at all times. Negotiates agreements and terms of functions and verifies reservations as required. Maintains knowledge of competitors' Bus Sale program and monitors their effectiveness. Makes recommendations to improve Customer Service within the department. Data entry into CMS ensuring accuracy on all accounts. Develops and maintains interdepartmental communications with Total Rewards Representatives and Supervisors. Handles Group customer complaints and inquiries. Responds professionally and calmly in all situations. Organizes the maintenance of prospect files. Maintain confidentiality of all matter regarding guest, team members and the business operation. Stays up to date on all aspects of property promotions and communicates information to bus/tour operators. Works closely with the Advertising department in developing Total Rewards collateral, advertising and property-wide program communication plan. Promotes all marketing programs including promotions, player programs and events to the employee base. Manages long term finances, including budget preparation, capital expenditures and analysis of financial performance. Supervises human resources development, hiring, promoting, disciplinary actions and terminations. Prepares and coordinates quarterly PAF review of assigned personnel. Administers department policies and procedures. Strives to improve and streamline departmental operations through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work process and program effectiveness/value. Maintains a highly professional work environment in the Total Rewards Center. Responsible for preparing departmental budgets and maintaining operations within approved budget. Assist in implementing and monitoring guest comping programs. Must make sound comping decisions. Maximizes awareness and utilization of the Total Rewards and WINet programs on a property-wide basis.

Must have computer skills. Must have excellent leadership skills. Must be able to move in and around the casino floor. Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, and work at a desk. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment. Must be available to work varied shifts (days, swing, graveyard and weekends). Must be able to converse over the telephone in an environment that has a relatively high level of background noise. Must have the necessary manual dexterity to operate a personal computer and other office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
