Phone Surveyor -- Part Time 2nd Shift Start 8/17/15

Great Erlanger company seeking passionate customer service reps to conduct consumer research phone surveys. Great entry into a strong company, that is always seeking dedicated, hard working employees.

These positions are 4-5 days a week, and you can select which days you are able to work....so great flexibility. Next training class starts on August 17, 2015.

You must have previous call center experience of at least one month.

You can not miss any of the first week of training which is Mon-Fri 5p-11p.

Shifts are:
Mon-Friday 5pm-Midnight, 5pm-11pm, 6pm-midnight, or 6pm-11pm
Sat 10am to 6:30p

After training is complete, you must work the Saturday shift and any other 3 days.

Good personable people skills, combined with basic computer skills are the minimum requirements. It is all very well scripted, you need to work through the script with the people you call and register their answers.

- Must be able to type 25 wpm
- Must be willing to submit to background check
- Previous Call Center experience is preferred
- Must be over 18
