About this job


Summary: The maintenance associate is responsible for the repairs and preservation of the physical asset of the warehouse and assisting the maintenance manager with other responsibilities. This includes maintaining a clean environment for employees and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Carpentry and plumbing

Electrical 110 volt 480 volt

Welding

Forklift experience

HVAC certification (theory and practical)

Property maintenance

Painting

Refurbishing

Certificates and Training: Safety Training Program must be completed
