The Reporting Analyst is responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing various activities related to dental network, including provider recruiting, network development, provider onboard, credentialing and operations. This individual will be providing in-depth and reasonable business analysis and recommendation for dental network development and value oriented recruiting to reach HCQAI initiative and goals.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Pull and present data to track, document and report on multiple Dental Networks activities
  • Generation of metrics, status reports on a monthly basis and as requested
  • Obtain data and verify validity of data and analyze data as required to ensure accurate data representation
  • Conduct data mining for identified projects including compilation and validation
  • Regular Monthly reports will be the majority of the work, but ad hoc request will regularly need to be worked to support
  • Various reporting or analytic efforts to support HCQAI initiative and goals

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
  • Detail oriented; Strong business and data analytical skills; and Strong problem-solving analytical orientation; Can structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions and using metrics and other business data
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and other analytic programs
  • Intermediate level SQL skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and effectively influence other to work against a plan and meet deadlines
  • Ability to commute to the Minnetonka, MN office, Santa Ana, CA office or Columbia, MD office

Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of healthcare industry working experience with claim, provider databases
  • Knowledge of Informaticacloud.com or other cloud based ETL solutions
  • Good understanding of network operations, contracting and data/system configurations
