Sales Operations Supervisor - Minnetonka, MN

• Supervise the daily activities of your team by assessing workload, assigning work details, managing volumes to assure SLAs are met.


• Owns output at task level


• Coordinate department activities and work with other supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient operations


• Partner with other leaders in the organization to evaluation, coordinate and document work flow and processes with focus on efficiency and quality.


• Responsible for daily management of incoming work.


• Identify compliance and quality improvements and initiatives corrective actions.


• Organizes and leads staff's efforts to ensure both compliance with CMS standards and company policy


• Work on projects related to systems, processes or inter-department initiatives related to PHD.


• Participate in recruit and hire qualified staff and provide for their training and development. Set performance expectations and goals, evaluate performance results, provide feedback to staff and administer appropriate rewards. Foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.


• Effectively use all channels of communication to inform and motivate staff through one-on-ones, staff meetings and written communications.


• Coordinate and provide timely communication to leadership and staff regarding an issue that may impact the day-to-day operation  


• Develops staff by providing one-on-one coaching, training and other opportunities of professional development.


• Identify issues, training needs and develop and maintain processes within the department


• Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the company and department.

• Bachelor's Degree.


• Success driven manager/leader who has demonstrated 3+ years experience in a production or process environment.


• Project management experience - such as identification of resources, development and communication of objectives, successful implementation of schedules and timelines, meeting leadership and project status reporting, and review and follow up with project results.


• Microsoft Office applications experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Word - creating and editing documents.  Excel - creating and editing existing spreadsheets - formulas, tables.  PowerPoint - creating and editing presentation decks.  Outlook - email and calendar management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Six Sigma belt.


• Leadership experience in a production or call center environment.


• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or a related field preferred
